1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable within 24 hours of the initial payment (upfront/first milestone) being received in our account. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within this 24-hour window.
After this period, refunds will no longer be available for custom projects.


2. Custom Projects & Ongoing Payments

This refund policy only applies to the initial payment made before the project begins.
Once the project has started, all subsequent payments are considered payments for work already completed and delivered. These payments are non-refundable.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please contact us within 24 hours of your initial payment by emailing contact@zilancer.com.
Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name

  • Payment transaction details

  • Project reference or details

We will process your request as swiftly as possible.


4. Non-Refundable Payments

Any payments made after the project has commenced are final and non-refundable. These cover completed work and deliverables already provided.
